Verification Policy

Identity verification is how we keep CashOffersPro safe for everyone. This policy explains when verification is required, what documents are accepted, how the process works, and how your data is protected throughout.
1. Why Verification Is Required
Identity verification (KYC β Know Your Customer) is a legal and security requirement for platforms that process financial transactions. It helps us prevent fraud, money laundering, underage usage, and account abuse. Verification protects both CashOffersPro and our legitimate users by ensuring a safe and trustworthy earning environment.
2. When Verification Is Required
Verification may be required in the following situations: (a) before processing your first withdrawal; (b) when your cumulative earnings exceed a threshold defined by our compliance team; (c) when unusual account activity is detected; (d) when our fraud detection system flags a transaction; (e) at our discretion for any other reason related to account security. Users in certain jurisdictions may be subject to mandatory verification regardless of earning amount.
3. Verification Tiers
We operate a tiered verification system. Tier 1 (Basic): email verification, required for all accounts at registration. Tier 2 (Standard): government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID, or driver's license), required before first withdrawal. Tier 3 (Enhanced): additional documents such as proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days) may be requested for high-value accounts or unusual activity patterns.
4. Accepted Documents
For Tier 2 verification, we accept: (a) Passport β any country, valid; (b) National Identity Card β government-issued, both sides required; (c) Driver's License β front and back required. Documents must be: in colour, fully visible with no cropping, not expired, and the details must match the information on your account. Black and white scans and heavily compressed images may not be accepted.
5. How to Submit Verification
Verification is completed through the Verification section of your dashboard. You will be prompted to upload the required documents and take a live selfie (or upload a photo of yourself holding your ID). Documents are processed by our secure KYC partner. Do not share documents via email or chat without explicit instruction from our support team.
6. Processing Time
Standard identity verification is typically completed within 24 hours. Complex cases or enhanced verification requests may take up to 5 business days. You will be notified by email when your verification is approved or if additional information is required. Withdrawals are placed on hold until verification is complete.
7. Data Security & Privacy
Your verification documents are transmitted over encrypted connections and stored securely with our KYC partner, who is certified to industry standards. Documents are used solely for identity verification purposes and are not shared with advertisers or offer providers. Documents are retained for the period required by applicable regulations, typically 5 years, and then securely deleted.
8. Rejected Verification
If your verification is rejected, you will receive an email explaining the reason. Common reasons for rejection include: blurry or incomplete images, expired documents, name mismatch, or suspected document tampering. You may re-submit corrected documents. Three failed attempts may result in a temporary hold on your account pending manual review.
9. Admin-Controlled Requirements
Platform administrators may configure verification requirements at any time β including making verification mandatory for all users or optional based on earning tier. Changes to verification requirements will be communicated to affected users via email with a reasonable notice period before taking effect.
10. Non-Compliance
Failure to complete required verification within the specified timeframe may result in: (a) withdrawal holds; (b) earning restrictions; (c) account suspension. We are not liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure or refusal to complete required verification.
