Refund Policy

Since CashOffersPro is a free-to-use platform, this policy covers the handling of earned credits, offer reversals, missing credits, and payment disputes โ not traditional product refunds.
1. Overview
CashOffersPro operates as a free reward-based earning platform. Users earn virtual currency by completing offers, which can then be converted into real cash payouts. Because users do not make monetary payments to access the Platform, traditional "refund" scenarios are limited. This policy explains the circumstances under which reversals, adjustments, or compensations may apply.
2. Offer Credit Reversals
Earnings credited to your account may be reversed ("chargebacked") in the following circumstances: (a) the offer provider determines the task was not completed according to their requirements; (b) fraudulent activity is detected; (c) terms of the offer were violated; (d) technical errors resulted in duplicate or incorrect credits. Reversed credits will be deducted from your current balance. If your balance is insufficient, your account may enter a negative balance which must be resolved before future withdrawals.
3. Missing Credits
If you complete an offer but do not receive credit within 24 hours, you may submit a missing credit claim through your dashboard. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the offer completion date. You must provide proof of completion (such as a screenshot) to support your claim. CashOffersPro will investigate and, where confirmed, credit the appropriate amount within 5โ10 business days.
4. Withdrawal Reversals
Completed withdrawals are generally final and non-refundable. However, we may reverse a withdrawal in cases of: (a) fraudulent activity discovered after payment; (b) account termination for Terms violations prior to payout processing; (c) errors in the withdrawal amount or destination; (d) chargebacks initiated by third-party payment processors. In such cases, we will notify you via email.
5. Promotional Bonuses
Bonuses, promotional credits, and referral earnings are non-refundable and non-transferable. They hold no cash value until standard withdrawal conditions are met. CashOffersPro reserves the right to revoke promotional credits if they were obtained through fraudulent means.
6. Account Suspension & Balance
If your account is suspended due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If fraud is confirmed, the balance will be forfeited. If no violation is found, your balance will be reinstated upon account reinstatement. Appeals can be submitted to appeals@cashofferspro.com.
7. Dispute Resolution
If you believe a reversal or credit adjustment was applied in error, you may contact our support team at support@cashofferspro.com within 14 days of the adjustment. Provide your account details, the relevant offer or transaction ID, and a description of the dispute. We will review and respond within 7 business days.
8. Changes to This Policy
CashOffersPro reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
