Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using CashOffersPro. These terms govern your access to and use of our reward-based earning platform. By creating an account or using any part of our service, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CashOffersPro ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use CashOffersPro. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. Residents of certain countries may be restricted from accessing specific offer types.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to access most features of the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. CashOffersPro reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Earning & Rewards
Earnings are credited to your account balance upon successful verification of completed offers. The value and availability of offers may change without notice. CashOffersPro does not guarantee a minimum level of earnings. Earnings derived from fraudulent activity, bot usage, or abuse of offer terms will be reversed and may result in account termination.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: (a) use bots, scripts, or automated tools to complete offers; (b) create multiple accounts; (c) provide false or misleading information to offer providers; (d) attempt to manipulate the reward system; (e) engage in any activity that violates applicable laws; (f) share, sell, or transfer your account to any third party.
6. Withdrawals & Payments
Withdrawals are subject to a minimum balance requirement of $5.00 USD. Payment processing times vary by method — see our Payment Policy for details. We reserve the right to delay or withhold payments pending fraud investigation. All payments are made in USD unless otherwise stated.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the exclusive property of CashOffersPro or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written consent.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. CashOffersPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. Our total liability for any claim related to the Platform shall not exceed the total earnings credited to your account in the prior 30 days.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, any pending balance may be forfeited if the account was suspended due to fraudulent activity. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against CashOffersPro.
