This Payment Policy explains how earnings are processed and paid out on CashOffersPro. Please read it carefully before requesting a withdrawal. By submitting a withdrawal request, you agree to the terms described here.

1. Earning & Balance
Users earn a cash balance by completing offers, surveys, and tasks available on the Platform. Your balance is denominated in USD and is displayed in your dashboard in real time. Earnings are credited upon confirmation from the offer provider, which typically occurs within minutes but may take up to 24 hours for certain offers.
2. Minimum Withdrawal
The minimum amount required to initiate a withdrawal varies by payment method (see table above). You may not withdraw an amount below the minimum for your chosen method. Partial withdrawals are allowed — you do not need to withdraw your full balance at once.
3. Payment Methods
We support multiple payment methods including PayPal, ACH bank transfer, digital gift cards, and cryptocurrency. Available methods may vary based on your country of residence. To add or change a payment method, visit the Withdrawal section of your dashboard. You must verify your identity before your first withdrawal.
4. Processing Times
Processing times vary by payment method (see table above). Times are calculated from the moment your withdrawal request is approved, not from submission. Withdrawals submitted on weekends or public holidays may be delayed until the next business day. During high-volume periods, processing may take longer.
5. Fees
CashOffersPro does not charge withdrawal fees for most payment methods. However, third-party payment processors (PayPal, crypto networks) may charge their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control. For cryptocurrency withdrawals, network (gas) fees are deducted from your withdrawal amount. We always show you the final amount you will receive before confirming a withdrawal.
6. Identity Verification (KYC)
For security and regulatory compliance, we may require identity verification before processing your first withdrawal or withdrawals above certain thresholds. This process involves submitting a government-issued photo ID and a selfie. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours. Failure to complete verification when required will result in withdrawal holds.
7. Fraud Prevention & Holds
We employ automated and manual fraud detection systems. Withdrawals may be placed on hold if: (a) unusual earning patterns are detected; (b) your account was recently created; (c) the withdrawal amount significantly exceeds your normal activity; (d) your identity verification is pending. We will notify you by email if a hold is placed and provide an estimated resolution time.
8. Failed or Returned Payments
If a payment fails due to incorrect account details, the amount will be returned to your CashOffersPro balance within 3–5 business days. If a payment is returned by the receiving institution, a re-processing fee may apply. It is your responsibility to ensure withdrawal details are accurate before submitting.
9. Taxes
You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to your earnings. CashOffersPro does not withhold taxes from payments. In some jurisdictions, we may be required to report earnings above a certain threshold to tax authorities. We recommend consulting a tax professional regarding your obligations.
10. Currency
All balances and payments are denominated in USD. If your local currency differs, conversion rates applied by your payment provider (e.g., PayPal, your bank) are beyond our control. CashOffersPro is not responsible for currency conversion losses.
